Meet Jenny, Claire & the Fat Frog ladies
The Fat Frog Kitchen is run by Jenny Clark & Claire Allen, two of Durban's favourite food makers. Both have long-running catering careers making all kinds of deliciousness! Jenny a specialised baker & Claire is a frozen meals wiz! In 2017 they decided to combine their forces and The Fat Frog Kitchen was born.

Anyone who knows us knows our fabulous Beestings! The Fat Frog is home to the Original Beesting with Jenny's secret recipe that hasn't changed since 1993.
What's a Beesting you may ask? Only the most delicious sponge cake, halved with a layer of sensuous custard, topped with a layer of sticky pecan nut caramel glazing.
